Our sublimated metal Plate award is the most affordable award, designed for budget-conscious recognition without compromising quality. Our partnership with Ortmann Woodcraft brings you premium, American-made plaques crafted from solid hickory—never laminate or imitation wood. Unlike traditional helmet shield plaques, this 7x9 award features a custom-metal plate mounted on a handcrafted wood base.
